MAKE ELECTRONIC REQUESTS
For any new Member wishing to join PLFA, you need not write a letter. Just complete this form and the Office will be in touch with you. You will directed as to when a letter is required, which will be specifically for the Congress.
Anyone wishing to lodge a protest, complaint, appeal or even an arbitration need not write a letter. Just complete this Corrective Action Request Form, pay the relevant fee, and send both the proof of payment and the evidence to info@plfa.org.za.
PLFA CONSTITUTION, RULES AND POLICIES
This is the highest level governance document of the Association. It governs the make up, leadership and controls of the association and addresses issues of accountability of the association itself.
The Rules are used mainly to manage and control the operations of the association, ensuring that there iscompliance and discipline, and that should these lack, there are processes to correct, and there is a recourse.
This is a policy that governs the administration of the association, ensuring that that is a uniform way of doing things, engaging and documenting activities of the association.
This is a policy that governs the accounting and financial management within the association, ensuring that the association’s money and assets are protected.
All the fees and prizes of the PLFA operations that are being regulated are included in this schedule. These fees and prizes can only be amended through Congress.
This is a policy used to govern the hosting of competitions, ensuring that there benefit thereof accrues to the continual efforts of the development of football within the jurisdiction of the association.
