Ordinary Congress 2022 was held on January 22, 2022, at the Mbolekwa Hall. It was the end of the term of the Executive Committee led by Sizwe Nkosi, whose members at the time were Setumo Kgotyane, Lebo Lefhiedi, Mapitsa Poopedi, Ronald Mogoroga, Zakhele Ntuli, Godfrey Mahlatsi, Magezi Honwani, and Francinah Lebelo.

The Executive Committee proposed that the following Members be suspended due to NOT complying
with their membership obligations as set out in Article 11.1.4 of the association’s statutes. The proposal was accepted.
The Executive Committee proposed that one member be expelled due to not complying with its membership obligations as set out in Article 11.1.4 of the Constitution of the association.
The Executive Committee dismissed the Vice-Secretary due to poor performance, where opportunities to improve were extended but to no avail.

The amendment to the Constitution to restructure the Executive Committee by removing the Vice-Secretary and adding the Talent Management role
The Executive proposed to the Congress for transparent and driven support of a nomination of Mr. Ngoako Piet Mohlabeng to SAFA Presidency for the upcoming SAFA Elective Congress.
