Ordinary Congress 2021 was held on the 20th of February 2021 at Lucas Moripe Stadium VIP Area. Here-below below are the documents that were reviewed at the Congress.

The Financial Projects will assist the association in keeping to the expenditure framework during the year, and also in informing performance targets with regards to fund raising.

During December 2020, there was an outcry in the implementation of the fees for the use of Mbolekwa as a home ground. These fees were adopted as part of the Schedule of Fees by the Congress in 2020. To ensure congruence between the Committee and the Members, the Executive Committee therefore provides an opportunity to Members to contribute in reviewing the Mbolekwa Home Ground Fees. The Adopted Schedule of Fees and Prizes are attached here-in.

The Amendment to the Constitution aligns the titles of the Executive Committee Members to the Performance roles to make it easier to enforce performance.

The amendment of the rules make aligns with the Performance Management Framework in optimising the operations of the forums. It also makes it practical to enforce the requirements of Referee secondment by Members as it reduces the number from three to one per Member.

Amendments to the Treasury Policy improve controls on the payments to the third parties, ensuring that there is sufficient accountability and flow within the association.
