Introducing Pearl Mosoane to the Regional Football Landscape

PLFA strives to be Africa’s Leaders in the Art and Science of the development and promotion of football at the LFA level. I doing so, we need to inspire excellence in everything that we do. In fact that is also one of our values.

SAFA Tshwane is opening a nomination process for the election of six REC candidates for the Ordinary Congress that will take place on the 30th of November 2019 at Eastlyn.

The positions that are up for elections at SAFA Tshwane are:

  • 3rd Deputy President;
  • Secretary;
  • 4 x Additional Members.

The positions were included onto the new Constitution of the region. SAFA National however bemoaned the fact that the incumbents on those positions were not supposed to have been elected until the Constitution was fully adopted and ratified. So these members were none-the-less left on those positions as being co-opted as an interim remedy. Now that the Ordinary Congress is here, a permanent remedy will be to have them properly elected on those positions. This way, SAFA Tshwane will be fully compliant in terms of its REC.

PLFA will very soon publish its preferred list of nominees as soon we have spoken to all of them. That process is underway.

In the meantime, and owing to our valuing of excellence in everything we do, we have a candidate that is READY, WILLING and ABLE to serve at the REC level. We are talking about servicing the whole of Tshwane (a metropolitan in its own right, which is also a Capital of the country) with excellence. We will announce our placing of her in our nomination list when we publish it.

In the meantime, see her short Boi here-below:
