For New Members

To Affiliate at Phelindaba Location Football Association, an organisation needs to be either a Football Club or an Interest Organisation whose majority of its focus and activities are football. Once affiliated, such an Organisation will be known as a Member of the Association.

The 4 Easy Steps of Affiliation:

Step One: Write a letter to the Congress of the association, with attention to the Secretary. The subject of the letter must be ‘REQUEST FOR ADMISSION‘. This letter must be sent to info@plfa.org.za.

Step Two: Complete the Affiliation Form on this link.

Step Three: Once admitted by the Congress, or provisionally admitted by the Executive Committee, do the following within 15 days of admission:

  • submit a copy of the organisation’s Constitution (and Policies if Applicable) with the minutes of a meeting where the Constitution was adopted;
  • submit a copy of the minutes of its last AGM or constitutional meeting;
  • pay the Affiliation to the bank account of the association; and
  • submit a Bank Stamped Proof of Bank Account.

For Existing Members

Existing Members affiliate every year by paying the Affiliation Fee and updating their Affiliation Information on this page as part of the Affiliation Process. Once affiliated, such an Organisation will continue to be known as a Member of the Association.

Should the Congress Delegates change from what would have been submitted in the Affiliation Form indicated here-above, Members must complete and submit the Congress Credentials forms electronically at least seven days before the Ordinary Congress. The following must be re-iterated, that the Delegates Credentials for the Congress must be submitted electronically on this form. None other form, letter or email will be accepted for this purpose.
