Disciplinary Panel and Committees
The Executive Committee will establish Disciplinary Committees per case. The people to make up the Disciplinary Committees will be selected from the Disciplinary Panels. In order to achieve this, the Executive Committee will set up the panels:
- Panel of Disciplinary Chairpersons; amd
- Panel of Case Presenters;
All the above officials will not participate in any structure of the association. The Secretariat will support the committees from outside their operations, and will not influence their material functioning at all. See the Context Diagram here-below:
All the appeal and arbitration requests will be escalated to SAFA Tshwane, and will be handled in accordance with the SAFA Unified Competition Rules and the SAFA Disciplinary Code.
